What Are the Best Ways for Women to Use Their Teaching Gifts?

From the Show

So everything that Jesus is doing here proves that he is the King. He has ushered in his kingdom. It was a kingdom that was just at hand with John the Baptist but now it is here. It’s not a kingdom that we’re building. It’s one that we’re receiving and it “cannot be shaken” (Heb 12:28).  Jesus said, “Fear not, little flock, for it is the Father’s pleasure to give you a kingdom” (Lk 12:32). It’s all his work, and then finally, Jesus purchased this kingdom not by the blood of his subjects, but by his own blood.  It’s all a free gift and this kingdom has been growing ever since to every part of the world because Jesus has bound Satan and is still looting his house, freeing the prisoners.

Questions in this Episode

1. In Matthew 12:28 where Jesus says, “If I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom has come”? I’m confused because I thought the kingdom hasn’t come yet.

2. I know there isn’t a biblical prescription on how much married Christians should reproduce, so I would love to have some biblical principles that might guide us in this decision. Is it wrong to stop at the five kids we have? Is it wrong to do something to prevent having more children? What scriptural wisdom can I tap to help me in this decision?

3. In regards to women in teaching in Titus 2. What role do men have when their wives are being discipled? Should men attend Bible studies that their wives attend that are led by another woman?

4. Can you explain Abraham’s bosom in Luke 16?
