Core Christianity: Tough Questions Answered

Does 1 Peter 3:21 Teach that We Are Saved by Our Baptism?

host Adriel Sanchez aired July 15, 2022

Episode 1011 Show Notes

From the Show

Baptism is a picture of salvation through judgment. Like the flood, that was a type of baptism through which God delivered his people and brought judgment upon the world. Baptism is a double-edged sword. As Paul says, we are baptized into the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
